About Us

My name is Jess, founder of Her Voice Coaching. When I was in college, I had dreams of breaking into Finance but found the path to understanding how to prepare for my interviews, navigating networking sessions and figuring out how to the most impact all very daunting. I did not have other people in my family who worked in Finance and felt very alone when navigating the Finance environment (when it felt like everyone else in Business school knew the answers to Finance recruitment). 

I started Her Voice Coaching because I wanted to help pave the way for other women to have a partner and a soundboard when trying to navigate a very competitive environment. We work with individuals trying to break into all areas of Finance/Consulting. We will mock interview you, help you with technicals and fit and give you tips/lessons that helped us along the way (including how to stand out from the others).

I have over a decade of experience between Private Equity and Management Consulting background. While our team has experience in Venture Capital, Investment Banking and Corporate Finance. My team and I would love to give you the knowledge and resources you need to secure the job of your dreams.
